Mahendra Dhakal has been elected as the joint secretary of All India Chess Federation [AICF] for year 2020 to 2023. The new body of the federation has been led by Dr Sanjay Kapoor as president and has Bharat Singh Chauhan as secretary among other office bearers.
Mr Dhakal was elected as joint secretary during the election of the federation held digitally online on Monday. He is also the general secretary of Sikkim Chess Association.
