Main accused of Bulli Bai and Sulli Deals case granted bail
New Delhi: Main accused of the both Bulli Bai and Sulli Deals cases granted bail by a Delhi Court on Tuesday.
According to reports, the two accused namely Omkareshwar Thakur and Niraj Bishnoi were granted bail on humanitarian grounds.
Their bail, however, is subject to tight terms. They are not permitted to leave the country and are required to appear in court when summoned. They must also keep their cellphones and furnish the investigating officer with their contact information and whereabouts.
They are also prohibited from contacting any victims or tampering with evidence.
The accused were first-time offenders, according to the trial court, who granted bail on humanitarian grounds. The court stated that their continued incarceration would be damaging to their general well-being.
Furthermore, the chargesheet has been filed, and no flaws in the investigation have been discovered.
