Guwahati: Amid flash flood in Guwahati city, dead body of a man has been recovered in the Last Gate area on Thursday afternoon.
The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old Sameer Baishya.
According to reports, the body was recovered from a leased residence located in the area.
Meanwhile, police reached the spot to assess the situation. The cause of his death is yet to be ascertained.
It may be mentioned that the deceased worked at a private hospital in Guwahati.
