Manipur LS Elections 2024: CM N Biren Singh casts vote in Heingang assembly constituency

Northeast Desk, 19th April: Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh cast his ballot on April 19, emphasizing the importance of the electoral process in shaping Manipur’s future.

Taking to Twitter, Singh underscored the significance of voter participation, urging citizens to exercise their franchise for a secure, developed, and self-reliant state.

In his tweet, Chief Minister N Biren Singh stated, “Today marks a crucial day for Manipur and the Nation as we vote for the first phase of Lok Sabha Election, 2024. Every vote counts in shaping a secure Manipur, developed, and self-reliant State. I urge all the voters to come out in large numbers and cast your valuable vote. Let’s build a better tomorrow together!”

His call to action comes amidst recent improvements in law enforcement, with Singh expressing optimism about the state’s overall security situation.

Expressing optimism, he noted, “The law and order has improved in the last 3-4 months. There have been no mishaps. Unfortunately, one incident took place yesterday but the situation is under control now. There is not much problem with the law and order. Normalcy and peace are returning.”
