Guwahati: In the ongoing war against drugs, two more persons were arrested Manipur.
The two accused identified as Muntiyaz Ali, a resident of Uttarakhand, and Harpal Singh from Uttar Pradesh.
According to reports, the Narcotic Cell PS Personnel seized approx 48 kgs 980 grams of suspected Opium worth approx 4.89 crores illicit global market value from their possession.
The police officials further seized a vehicle bearing R/No.UP 21AR/7711.
It may be mentioned that a case was also registered under NDPS Act for further investigation.
