Imphal: A wave of concern has swept through the Sekmai constituency in Manipur following the disappearance of a 56-year-old Meitei elder, Laishram Kamalbabu Singh.
Singh, a resident of Loitang Khunou, was last seen on the morning of November 25, heading towards the Army colony in Leimakhong for work.
The local community has expressed deep worry over Singh’s disappearance and is urging authorities to expedite the search and rescue operation. A joint team comprising State Police and Central Forces is currently scouring the area in an effort to locate the missing individual.
As the search intensifies, the community remains hopeful for Singh’s safe return.
