Guwahati: A minor boy raped a three year old girl in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday.
As per reports, the accused is a 10 year old of class 1 who was detained by police while the girl was sent for medical examination.
According to the accusation made by the girl’s family, the accused took her to the school’s roof on Saturday and then raped her.
According to police, the girl is a student of playgroup.
It should be mentioned that in December of last year, a fugitive ulema who was accused of repeatedly raping a young child while sedated at a Delhi madrasa and fleeing justice was apprehended.
Reportedly, the accused has been identified as Mohammad Isran. The day before, the victim’s parents filed a FIR. The parents claimed that their son had been sexually assaulted by an ulema who had called him to his room, drugged him and then repeatedly raped him.
Since August 2021, the 12-year-old victim had been studying in the madrasa.
DCP North Sagar Singh Kalsi had said, “We lodged an FIR after the complainant alleged that the boy was sodomised multiple times. The accused is still at large. We will nab him soon.”
“The boy has been living at the madrasa for months and studies there. He told us that his teacher was raping him. He went home with his father who came to see him this week and shared his ordeal with them. They approached us and we lodged a case. The matter is being investigated,” he added.
