Guwahati: In another daring loot in city, a woman was allegedly robbed in broad daylight at gunpoint by unidentified miscreants in Satgaon area of Guwahati on Monday.
The incident took place at Pragati Nagar in Satgoan.
The victim was on her way back from the nearby market when two men on a two-wheeler allegedly robbed her gold ornaments she was wearing.
When she raised an alarm, they threatened her with a pistol and fled the spot.
Meanwhile, local police have been informed of the incident and a manhunt to nab the culprit has been launched.
