MS Dhoni would’ve played T20 WC if not for COVID-19: Ex-selector

An ex-selector of Indian cricket team has said that the former Indian captain and wicket keeper batsman MS Dhoni could have been in the Indian side for the T20 World Cup but because of the COVID Pandemic the tournament had to be postponed.

The ex-selector Sarandeep Singh said “We always see the fitness of the players first to see how long they can play. And Mahi was the fittest. He never took a break from practice. Even in optional practice, Mahi was there.”
