Guwahati, 17th August: In a grim incident, a young e-rickshaw driver named Dipu was discovered dead on top of the new flyover at Boragaon in Guwahati. On Thursday morning, the frightening finding was made. Dipu’s lifeless body displayed visible signs of injuries, hinting at a potential assault that may have led to his tragic demise.
