Guwahati: In the ongoing war against drugs, Assam Police arrested three suspected drug peddlers in Nagaon district.
The police officials conducted the raid on Friday evening at Juria, Batadrava and Itachali area of the district and arrested three persons in the connection.
The three arrestees were identified as Sahidul Islam from Jukati Bazar of Juria and Kamat Ali from Kubaikata of Batadrava. The other one named Atabur Rahman from Mohkhuli under Itachali.
Legal action has been taken and further investigation is underway.
