NorthEast United FC defeated 10-man Mumbai City FC by 1-0 in the second match of ISL. Kwesi Appiah of Highlander’s side scored the only goal of the match from the penalty spot after Rowlin Borges handed the ball inside the box.
With this win Northeast United FC has gained an important three points.Mumbai were brought down to 10-man after Ahmed Jahouh was produced red card at end minutes of first half. The lose has stunned Mumbai City Fc as ISL critics hailed the team far better side than Northeast United FC.
