Addressing a massive public gathering in Kokrajhar of Assam the Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said the historic BTR accord had helped to end the insurgency in the Northeast region. Union Home Minister further said that only the BJP party can make Assam terrorism free, corruption free and pollution free.
The Union Minister in his meeting also announced around 500 crore rupees fund has also been sanctioned to develop the road network in the BTR region. Amit visited Kokrajhar on the occasion of the first BTR Accord Day anniversary celebrations.
