Guwahati: The Bharat Drone Mahotsav 2022, India’s largest drone festival will be launched on May 27 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
According to a press release from the prime minister’s office, Modi will interact with kisan drone pilots, witness open-air drone demonstrations and interact with startups in the drone exhibition centre.
The Bharat Drone Mahotsav 2022 will take place on May 27 and 28. The Mahotsav will bring together around 1600 delegates, including government officials, foreign diplomats, military forces, central armed police forces, PSUs, commercial corporations, and drone startups. More than 70 exhibitors will demonstrate various drone applications at the expo.
A virtual award of drone pilot licences, product launches, panel discussions, flying demonstrations, and the display of a Made in India Drone Taxi prototype will all be part of the Mahotsav.
