Guwahati: President Ram Nath Kovind will come to attend a convocation program at a university in Mizoram on May 5, 2022.
The President will be in the state for the Mizoram University convocation at Tanhril in the state capital Aizawl.
The president’s visit is presently awaiting a specific itinerary.
It should be noted that this is President Ram Nath Kovind’s second visit to Mizoram after taking office in July 2017.
Earlier, President Ram Nath Kovind paid a two-day visit to Mizoram in November 2017 to address the Mizoram Legislative Assembly.
