Rajnath Singh Highlights BJP’s Vision and Approach at Assam Gathering

Guwahati, 14th March: During a gathering in Assam’s Barpeta, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh emphasized the distinctiveness of the ruling party’s political agenda. He asserted that their actions are not solely driven by the ambition to form a government but rather to shape the nation and society. Singh clarified that their intent is not to serve any particular individual or group’s interests.

Singh emphasized, “All of us engage in politics, but our goal is not merely to attain power but to contribute to the development of the country and society. This sets us apart from other political parties. We don’t pursue governance for personal gains…In the past, India’s voice on the international stage was not given due attention. However, today, when India speaks at global forums, the world listens attentively.”

Singh underscored the BJP’s commendable track record, asserting that the party has never exploited public sentiments for political gain. He highlighted a fundamental difference between the BJP and Congress, stating, “The key disparity lies in the BJP’s prioritization of the public, considering them as the ultimate authority, while the Congress tends to elevate one family to the status of deity, representing the prime distinction.”
