RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Begins Three-Day Visit to Assam
Guwahati, 28th July: Mohan Bhagwat, the Chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), has arrived in Assam for a three-day visit.
During his visit, Bhagwat is scheduled to interact with Swayamsevaks and deliver an address to the attendees of the Sangh Shiksha Varg (2nd year) training camp. The camp, which commenced on July 12, is set to conclude on August 1.
On Thursday, Bhagwat reached Guwahati and later headed to Hojai, where he is expected to engage with the participants of the training camp.
In total 151 Swayamsevaks from Asom Kshetra, 95 from Uttar Asom Pranta, 12 from Dakshin Asom Pranta, 4 from Arunachal Pranta, 44 from Tripura Pranta, and 6 from Manipur Pranta are actively engaging in the ongoing training programme, according to a statement.
The visit of the RSS Chief to Assam holds immense significance, as it presents an opportunity for Swayamsevaks from various regions to receive valuable guidance and training from the leadership. The camp serves as a platform for ideological and skill development, strengthening the foundation of the organization and its mission.
