Guwahati, 1st September: The arrival of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat in Guwahati has garnered significant attention as the political atmosphere heats up in preparation for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Mohan Bhagwat landed at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA) in Borjhar, Guwahati, on Friday, where he was welcomed with stringent security measures.
It has been reported that the RSS chief is on a three-day visit to Guwahati, and his arrival has piqued interest, especially with the Lok Sabha general elections slated for the following year.
Upon arriving at the airport, Mohan Bhagwat headed directly to the Bhagwan Mahavir Dharamshala in Guwahati’s Fancy Bazar locality, where he is scheduled to participate in an event.
