Guwahati: The Vice President of Press-Publicity and Social Media for the Sikkim Democratic Front Ramesh Rai was allegedly attacked on February 22 at his home by the goons of Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM).
According to reports, the incident took place at around 9.30 p.m. in the Namchi Singithang area and Rai was taken to the hospital in a critical condition.
Reportedly, this is just one of numerous assaults on SDF personnel that have taken place in Sikkim over the past month.
