Sushant Singh Rajput’s ‘M S Dhoni: The Untold Story’ To Re-Release in Theatres
Entertainment Desk, 5 May: The movie M.S Dhoni: ‘The Untold story’ will be re-released in theatres across India on May 12. The movie will be released in three different languages Hindi, Tamil and Telegu.
Star Studios said in a tweet on Thursday, “Jab Mahi phir pitch pe aayega, pura India sirf “Dhoni! Dhoni! Dhoni!” chilaayega. M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story Re-Releasing in cinemas on 12th May.”
The film is based on the life of Former Test, ODI and T20I captain of the Indian Cricket Team, Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The film was directed by Neeraj Pandey and the the film stars the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput as MS Dhoni along with Disha Patani, Kiara Advani and Anupam Kher.
The film narrates the life of M.S. Dhoni from a young age through a series of life events. The film was released on 30 September 2016 by Fox Star Studios and received the widest release ever for a Bollywood film across 61 countries. And it is the fifth highest-grossing Bolywood film of 2016 and sixth highest grossing Indian film of 2026.
