Thai University Partners With Manipur University For Mutual Academic Collaboration

Northeast Desk, 15th February: Phranakhon Rajabhat University in Thailand and Manipur University of Culture in India have solidified a significant collaboration through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), aimed at fostering global academic cooperation and cross-cultural exchanges.

The agreement, signed between the two esteemed institutions, seeks to enhance relations and broaden collaboration across various domains, including education, research, and culture. Under the MOU, both universities commit to working together for mutual benefit, promoting cultural understanding and academic excellence on an international scale.

Phranakhon Rajabhat University, located in Bangkok, Thailand, represented as the “First Party,” and Manipur University of Culture, situated in Manipur, India, represented as the “Second Party,” join forces in this landmark agreement.

The scope of cooperation outlined in the MOU encompasses a wide range of collaborative projects and initiatives, including the development of dual degrees or joint programs, the exchange of academic staff and students, sharing educational technology and knowledge, cultural exchanges, and various other activities aimed at fostering mutual growth and understanding.

Representatives from both universities expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting its significance in strengthening ties and promoting collaboration in education, research, and cultural exchange. They affirmed their commitment to leveraging the partnership to create meaningful opportunities for students and faculty while fostering cross-cultural understanding and cooperation between their respective countries.
