Wild Buffalo injured 2 people in Nagaon, One Critical

Guwahati: At least two persons had been severely injured by a wild buffalo at Nagaon district of Assam on Thursday.

The incident took place at a weekly market in Dhing town of the district.

According to reports, a person identified as Joynal Uddin was severely attacked by the wild buffalo and was immediately rushed to Nagaon civil hospital under critical condition.

On the other hand, one identified as Devika Bora was attacked by the same wild buffalo.

Following the incident, it was reported that the buffalo’s owner who was meant to sell the wild buffalo on a weekly market, fled the scene.
