At around 9 pm on Friday, the on-duty police of Bagma police outpost arrested 4 drug peddlers. On the same day, a Maruti vehicle (TR-08 B 0730) on its way to Shantirbazar from Agartala was stopped by the police when it came in front of Bagma Police Outpost Police Station.
The Police has seized 300 cans of brown sugar from the drug peddlers. At present its market value is around one lakh rupees. The arrested drug traffickers are Pritam Saha (21), Sumon Majumder (23), Sayan Debnath (20) and Pradeep Sarkar (21). Police seized the vehicle along with the drug peddlers.
