8 Passengers and 2 Pilots die in a plane crash at South Sudan

At least 10 people died in a plane crash at an airstrip in Jonglei state of South Sudan. According to local media reports the plane went down immediately after it took off from the ground. 8 passengers and 2 pilots of the flight HK-4274 died in the spot.

Governor Denay Jock Chagor in a statement said “It was with great shock and horror to receive the news of the plane crash (HK-4274) of South Sudan Supreme Airline that happened today the 2nd day of March 2021 at around 5.05 PM at Pieri Airstrip.”
