Guwahati: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tested positive for Covid-19. CM shared the news on Twitter this morning and also isolated himself at home.
Kejriwal wrote, “I have tested positive for Covid. Mild symptoms. Have isolated me at home. Those who came in touch with me in the last few days, kindly isolate yourself and get yourself tested.”
According to reports, CM has been addressing massive rallies for his party Aam Aadmi Party and he was in Dehradun yesterday. Before that, he was in Amritsar and Patiala for rallies.
Meanwhile, Delhi Health Minister Satyandra Jain said that The Chief Minister getting Covid is not a big issue. But people should be alert and everyone will be protected from infection if they wear masks.
It may be mentioned that there is a rising number of Covid positivity rates reported in Delhi in the last 24 hours. As per the reports, the positivity rate in Delhi is 6.46 percent.
