Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma with Power Minister Bimal Borah held a meeting today at Bijulee Bhawan with officials of APDCL, APGCL, AEGCL and design modalities to increase their revenue earnings, profit including an energized service delivery system for consumers.
CM Sarma has asked Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd. to prepare a list of the highly valued Customer and Cement Companies; accounts of their production with GST return and electricity bill. This will be done to bring the reality between total quantum of electricity consumed and electric bill paid.
