Guwahati: A person was killed and another suffered severe burns injuries after an electrocution incident that occurred at Mukalmua in Nalbari district of Assam on Friday morning.
According to reports, the incident occurred while the duo was installing a hand pump at No 3 Barbala area.
However, it’s unclear how the electricity got through the hand pump.
The deceased has been identified as one Shukur Ali.
Meanwhile, the injured Fulvar Ali was taken to a nearby hospital with severe burns injuries on his body.
