Guwahati: A moving car caught fire in Sivasagar district of Assam on Friday.
The incident took place at the Bhatiapar village of the district.
According to reports, the vehicle belonged to Nabajit Dutta.
No casualties were reported as the driver escaped from the vehicle on seeing flames.
A fire engine rushed to the spot and the fire was doused immediately. The car was heavily damaged in the fire.
However, an electrical malfunction is suspected to have led to the fire.
