Guwahati: One more employee of the Nagaon paper Mill died in Morigaon district of Assam on Friday taking the death toll of the mill workers of the two Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (HPCL) in Assam to 102.
The deceased was identified as 57-year-old Sasharifuddin Ahmed who had been suffering from diabetes and asthma problems.
Ahmed was reportedly found unconscious near jagiroad paper mill.
Meanwhile, he was immediately rushed to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) but was declared brought death by the health officials.
However, due to his financial difficulties, he was unable to obtain the care he required.
