Guwahati: A bomb was detonated near Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s ‘Jansabha,’ or public assembly location, in Nalanda on Tuesday afternoon.
After receiving information about the occurrence, police officers went to the scene to investigate.
According to reports, one person has been apprehended in connection with the incident
A thunderous explosion erupted a few metres from where the chief minister was giving his speech.
It may be mentioned that there were no injuries recorded as a result of the incident. More information is awaited.
