The limits of decency have been violated in the ongoing BTC election campaign as BPF MLA named Kamal Singh Narzary of BTAD have unleashed a vicious verbal attack on a BJP MLA Angurlata Deka terming her as a ‘prostitute’. The remarks of the BPF MLA has brought sensation in the state as the verbal language that the leader has used have cross all the decency limits.
Election Campaign in BTC is going on in full swing and attack on one party or one leader to another is common but the MLA Kamal Singh Narzary remarks have sought controversy now. BJP MLA from Batadra Angurlata Deka in her election campaign has said that VCDC in BTC would be dissolved if the BJP came to power. MLA Kamal Singh Narzary called Angurlata Deka ‘prostitute’ for her words and the MLA also said that Angurlata is no one to speak on VCDC and he doesn’t give any value to her words as the VCDC has formed after the peace accord between the insurgents, students body of Bodoland and Central Government under law.
