Guwahati: In a horrific incident, four members of the same family suffered severe injuries after being allegedly attacked by a gang of vicious land mafias in Guwahati.
The incident took place near the NEF Law College in Ganeshguri on Saturday night.
The injured persons include two women, a boy and a minor girl.
According to reports, a group of 40 land mafias attacked the four people.
The injured victims have been admitted to Health City Hospital for better treatment.
The reason for the attack has not been ascertained as of now.
A case has been filed and police investigation has been launched into it.
