Guwahati: A Dead body of an unidentified man aged between 45-50 years old was recovered at Dighalipukhuri in Guwahati Monday morning.
The body was spotted by a spectator and then informed to the nearby police station.
Meanwhile, the body was sent to Guwahati Medical College for a post-mortem.
It may be mentioned that in Guwahati crime rate has been increasing and many incidents of murder have been reported in the last few weeks.
Further investigation is underway.
