Guwahati: A body was recovered under the flyover in Ulubari, Guwahati under strange circumstances.
The deceased was reportedly aged around 35-40 years.
At a time when almost everyday crime is being reported in the city, it is not clear that if the victim died of natural causes or if foul play was involved.
Following the discovery of the body, police were notified and arrived on the scene to take control of the situation.
Locals came around in the morning and discovered him motionless under the flyover, according to sources. They further stated that he used to wander around the neighbourhood, giving the impression to people that he was mentally ill.
