Guwahati: Guwahati Police on Thursday arrested one individual carrying fake gold biscuits as part of their ongoing operations against fake gold sellers’ rackets.
According to reports, the racket has been busted near Manabendra Sharma Complex.
The accused has been identified as Faridul Islam.
Islam was involved in duping individuals into buying phoney gold.
It may be mentioned one of the suspects identified as Badshah is currently on the run.
