Guwahati: At the Guwahati railway station on Friday, a huge amount of marijuana was retrieved from a train.
The Guwahati Railway Police (GRP) seized 42.32 kilogrammes of marijuana from the Tambaram special train this afternoon during a regular inspection.
The ganja was reportedly contained in two backpack bags that were discovered beneath the seat.
As of yet, no one has been arrested in relation to the seizure. The price of the ganja is reportedly in lakhs.
Further investigation is going on.
