Guwahati: At six terrorists were killed in an encounter with the security forces in two separate operations in Jammu and Kashmir.
According to reports, among the six killed terrorists, two were identified as Pakistani nationals and two more were known to be local terrorists. However, the identification of the remaining two is yet to be ascertained.
The encounters were reportedly started last evening as the forces launched anti-terror operations at Nowgam Anantnag and Mirhama village in the Kulgam district.
It may be mentioned that one police official also got injured in the Nowgam Anantnag encounter.
