Judicial Custody Extended for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Others

National Desk, 23rd April: The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has decided to extend the judicial custody of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, along with BRS Leader K Kavitha and Chanpreet Singh, until May 7 today, in connection to the Delhi excise policy case.

The accused were virtually produced before the court from Tihar Jail for today’s hearing.

This extension of judicial custody signals the continuation of legal proceedings in the Enforcement Directorate (ED) case related to the Delhi excise policy. The case has attracted significant attention due to its potential impact on governance and policy matters in the capital city.
