Mumbai: Man threatens to blow up PM Modi, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, apprehended

National Desk, 21st November: One man has been arrested by Mumbai Police on November 21 for allegedly threatening to blow up Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

As per reports, the man contacted the Mumbai Police Control Room posing as a member of the Dawood Ibrahim gang.

 According to his statements, he alleged that the gang instructed him to carry out explosive attacks targeting PM Modi and UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

Sources indicate that the caller also issued a threat to explode JJ Hospital in Mumbai.

Moreover, a case has been filed against the individual under section 505 (2) of the Indian Penal Code.
