Three women were injured in Namrup of Dibrugarh district after being stuck at a crusher machine. They were admitted to AMCH for medical care.

The All Assam Students’ Union (AASU) asserted that numerous illegal stone-crushing operations have been operating in Dibrugarh without taking appropriate safety precautions.
