SEBA Introduces New Changes in For 2023 HSLC Exam

Guwahati: The Assam High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination, 2023, will be conducted in accordance with the New Education Policy (NEP).

In this regard, the Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) has introduced new changes in four major subjects in the syllabus.

The subjects are Mathematics, English, General Science and Social Science.

Each of these subjects will include two answer sheets in accordance with SEBA. Eight pages of objective-style questions will make up the first answer sheet. The second answer sheet will have 16 pages of descriptive text and be longer.

The SEBA had previously made it mandatory for the connected school to enter the results of each student’s half-yearly exam on the Board’s internet site.

It should be noted that the HSLC exam will be held in 2023 from March 3 to March 24. The days of the practical exam are February 24 and 25.

As many as 4,22,000 candidates will appear in the examination that will be held across 912 centres.

Meanwhile, admit cards will be sent to all examination centers by February 12.
