Sikkim Chief Minister PS Golay Confident of Sweeping Victory, Stresses Development Agenda

Northeast Desk, 19th April: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang, also known as PS Golay, expressed confidence in his party’s victory by casting his vote at a polling station in Gangtok amidst the ongoing Lok Sabha and State Assembly Elections 2024. He anticipates his party securing all 32 Assembly seats.

Tamang emphasized his administration’s focus on state development, highlighting achievements and asserting that his party has accomplished what previous governments couldn’t achieve in 25 years.

Acknowledging the dedication of party workers, Tamang credited their efforts in winning the support of the people over the past five years.

He commended the peaceful conduct of the elections, noting it as a historic first for Sikkim, and emphasized the importance of democratic participation in shaping the state’s future.
