Tripura BJP President Chairs Organizational Meeting Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections

Northeast Desk, 27th February: In anticipation of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Tripura BJP President Rajib Bhattacharya spearheaded an organizational gathering of the Janajati Morcha (tribal wing) on Tuesday, underscoring the imperative of fortifying the organization.

Following his leadership of the meeting at the BJP state party office in Agartala, Bhattacharya announced the establishment of a new committee for the BJP Janajati Morcha in Tripura, with former MLA Parimal Debbarma assuming the presidency.

The inaugural session of the newly formed committee convened, with a primary focus on gearing up for the impending Lok Sabha elections.

“The central objective of our gathering is to strategize methods for bolstering the organization, amplifying its activities, and broadening its footprint in the Janajati areas. With the Lok Sabha elections looming, we deliberated on enhancing our organizational prowess. Our governments, both at the Central level under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and at the state level led by Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, are tirelessly dedicated to the development and welfare of the indigenous populace. It is incumbent upon us to devise an outreach initiative to spotlight these developmental endeavors,” remarked Bhattacharya.

The BJP leader also underscored that the meeting delved into discussions concerning preparations for the Lok Sabha elections, emphasizing the imperative of reinforcing the organization post-election.
