Coronavirus has claimed two more lives in Tripura in the last 24 hours, with this new two deaths the total death tally in the state has now reached upto 384. State Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath said “The recovery rate of 98.6 per cent for patients with Covid-19 in Tripura is very satisfactory and the state ranks third in India in terms of recovery.”
Currently there are 62 active cases in Tripura and total cases in the state is 32,812. Dry run for coronavirus vaccines has started from January 3 in the IGM Hospital in Agartala, Gandhigram primary health centre and Borakha primary health centre in the West Tripura district.
