Northeast Desk, 26th February: The Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar, today delivered a significant address to the 9th Mizoram State Legislative Assembly, providing an opportunity to share insights and policy directives with assembly members.
As the second-highest constitutional authority in the country, Dhankhar likely discussed various aspects of governance, development, and cooperation between the central government and Mizoram, emphasizing collaboration for societal betterment.
Prior to addressing the assembly, Dhankhar attended the 18th Convocation of Mizoram University, where he congratulated hardworking students and highlighted India’s growth trajectory and opportunities for entrepreneurship.
