43 to take oath as Cabinet Ministers?
Guwahati: The much-discussed union cabinet expansion at the centre is likely to witness 43 leaders as ministers.
It has been reported that this time, there is a priority of more women being introduced at the cabinet.
The leaders that are likely to take the oath are:

Among these, it has been seen that five of the ministers would be from North East India. Among them, former Assam Chief Minister Sarbanada Sonowal will be added as a Cabinet Minister while Manipur Inner MP, Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, and Tripura West MP Pratima Bhoumik will take oath as Minister of State.
However, Kiren Rijiju might be promoted as a Cabinet Minister from his existing position as a Minister of State.
