Guwahati: At least 200 houses and shops gutted in a massive fire broke out in Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday.
The incident took place in the daily market of Arunachal.
According to reports, the devasting fire broke out at the market in Yinkiong town of the district.
Reports further claimed that in the fire property worth over crore gutted into ashes.
However, the reason behind the fire is cylinder blast.
The officials informed that at least 50 LPG cylinders exploded in the incident.
Meanwhile, fire tenders have reached the spot and are trying to douse the flames.
It may be mentioned that no casualties have been reported so far.
