Guwahati: Amid a shocking increase in terrible murder cases in Assam, a woman in stabbed her husband in Silchar on Wednesday.
According to reports, the tragic incident took place at Kabiura Meherpur in Silchar, Assam. This comes amid the gruesome Shraddha Walkar-like murder in Guwahati that has left the entire state in shock which has shocked the entire state.
The terrible stabbing incident in Silchar came to light when the wife went to the Silchar Police to turn surrender after committing the murder.
The accused have been identified as Mappi Begum, the wife of the victim. The name of the husband who was fatally stabbed have been identified as Farmin Uddin Laskar.
