Guwahati, 15th September: Amidst a series of incidents involving the suspension and arrest of police personnel in Assam, Sub-Inspector Karabi Saikia, who served in the women’s wing of the Mangaldoi Sadar Police Station, has been suspended from her duties.
The suspension of Saikia comes in response to allegations of misbehavior with co-workers and negligence on duty. The Mangaldoi Superintendent of Police (SP) issued an immediate suspension order for the lady Sub-Inspector in light of these allegations.
