Delhi: PM Modi, Nepal PM Hold Delegation-Level Talks

Guwahati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Nepal Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba met at Hyderabad House in New Delhi for delegation-level talks on Saturday.

Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi stated that broad discussions on diverse collaborations are on the table.

Prime Minister Deuba is making his first bilateral visit since taking office for the fifth time in July of last year.

Deuba is visiting India at PM Modi’s request, accompanied by a high-level entourage.

Sharing the news on Twitter, Bagchi wrote, “Working together to take India-Nepal relations to newer heights. The meeting between PM @narendramodi and PM @SherBDeuba of Nepal gets underway. Wide-ranging talks on our multifaceted partnership are on the agenda.”
